SPAIN: "BAD BANK" AND LOWERED PRICES IN THE HOUSING / ESPAÑA:”BANCO MALO” Y BAJADA DE PRECIOS EN LAS VIVIENDAS

We already know the business plan provided, and presented to investors and potential shareholders of the FROB (Fund for Ordered Bank Rescue under the Bank of Spain), to the 'Bad Bank': SAREB (Asset Management Company from bank restructuring).

First of all, a quick summary of the most important notes of its initial configuration, contributions, investments forecast and return with benefits etc.

Subsequently, and also briefly, we will ask ourselves the questions that interest us: How many properties will the Bad Bank have and where? Which discount will they initially apply? In which aspect will it affect to the rest of properties? And the million-dollar question, When, then, will it be convenient or interesting to invest in a housing?

Al introducir nuevos países (Marruecos, Qatar y E.E.U.U.), y nuevos datos en mi cuadro de valoración de interés por los países más demandados, aparecen Estados Unidos y México como potenciales destinos prioritarios para los españoles que desean, o necesitan, trabajar en el extranjero, a pesar de la distancia y la diferencia del idioma. He incorporado- ya con más tiempo-, las modificaciones de octubre, de las previsiones para los años 2012 y 2013 del Pronóstico de Perspectivas de la Economía Mundial (informe WEO, por sus siglas en inglés), de julio de 2012, del FONDO MONETARIO INTERNACIONAL "FMI". Añadimos al mismo-para su puntuación- las previsiones de incremento del PIB. También me ha parecido muy interesante introducir los datos actuales del número de ciudadanos residentes en dichos países.
